Wahat Al Madinah General Trading Limited Liability Company was established on 3/7/2011 in accordance with the provisions of the amended Iraqi Companies Law No. 21 of 1997. Since its establishment, the company has been engaged in a commercial activity specialized in importing home electrical generators and their spare tools, and over many years the company has been distinguished by its import of tools. High quality reserve, which has customers all over Iraq and then the issue of expanding the scope of the company's operations, including the addition of several branches, while allocating the company's operations, including the import of agricultural equipment, such as agricultural pumps, tools, forest cutting machines, and tools. The company expanded by expanding the imported materials and thus including household electrical appliances as well as spare parts and the company's activities and appropriations and according to this expansion in the activities the capital of the company was increased to one billion dinars and it became an excellent company.
